Yes — all pickups have a $20 minimum. Most households easily meet this with a week's worth of laundry.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. Need it faster? 24-hour rush service is available for an additional $0.50/lb ($2.49/lb total). Rush orders must be scheduled by 8:00 AM the day of pickup.
No problem. Just leave your bag in a spot you specify — porch, garage, with a building manager, etc. We'll pick up and drop off at the same location. Let us know your preferred spot when you sign up.
Yes. We pre-treat stains before washing. If you know about a specific stain, text us a heads-up so we can give it extra attention. While we're usually successful, we can't guarantee removal of every stain.
Yes — we pick up and deliver anywhere in our service area, including offices. Just provide your work address when you schedule.
Yes — just text us and we'll set up automatic pickups on the same day each week. We'll send you a text reminder before each scheduled pickup. You can skip a week or add extra pickups anytime.
For your first pickup, we charge a $20 minimum when you book. If your order weighs more than the minimum, the remaining balance is charged to the same card once your laundry is weighed. For future pickups, your card is charged once we pick up your laundry and processing begins. Receipts are sent via email. Scheduling and updates happen via text. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
If you have a scheduled pickup and no items are left out, a $10 missed pickup fee will be charged to your card on file. We send text reminders before every scheduled pickup to help you avoid this.
If severe weather makes roads unsafe, we'll delay pickup or delivery and notify you via text. We recommend leaving laundry in a covered spot (porch, garage) to protect it from the elements.
Text or email us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll re-wash the affected items at no charge. If an item is lost or damaged during our care, we offer a service credit toward future orders. Please include a photo when reporting any damage. See our Terms of Service for full details.
